This is a 62 year old woman who consulted with facelift specialist, Dr. Anurag Agarwal, for his opinion on how to improve signs of aging, especially along the jawline and neck. Dr. Agarwal examined her and felt she could benefit from an UpliftTM, lifting of the midface and outer eyebrows, as well as correction of asymmetric upper eyelid skin excess. She had a childhood neck cyst excised leaving her with a scar along the anterior neck with tethering of the neck skin. She is shown before and 6 months after Dr. Agarwal performed an endoscopic midface lift with outer brow lift, UpliftTM lower face and neck lift with platysmaplasty, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, and Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing around the mouth and frown region (between the eyebrows).
