This is a 62-year-old woman who had a prior lower face and neck lift elsewhere 6 years prior to meeting Dr. Anurag Agarwal. She had descent of her cheeks, heavy jowls, prominent submandibular glands in the neck which were not addressed during her prior surgery and caused visible bulges in her neck, and hollowing under her eyes.
