Procedure Description:
This is a 45 year old gentleman who had a wide nasal bridge, lack of tip cartilage support, retracted columella, and difficulty breathing through his nose. He is shown before and 1 year after Dr. Anurag Agarwal performed an external rhinoplasty with septoplasty. Post-operatively, his nasal bridge has been narrowed, the tip has been projected, dorsal hump reduced, columella lowered, and septal deviation repaired. He is very pleased with the proportions of his nose as well as the improvement in his breathing.
