This is a 26 year old woman who presented to Dr. Anurag Agarwal, a Naples rhinoplasty specialist, for a consultation for rhinoplasty. She sought improvement of her bulky nasal tip and desired a smaller, more feminine nose. Dr. Agarwal performed a rhinoplasty to refine the tip and make the tip more defined, reduce the bridge, and used cartilage grafts to fill indentations of the soft tissue facets (the small triangular indentations at the lower part of her tip). Shown before and 1 year after her procedure, her nose looks more feminine and fits her facial features in a natural, harmonious way.
