This is a 29 year old woman who sought consultation with double board certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Anurag Agarwal. Her goals were to have a more feminine nasal contour, improve the fullness under her chin and along her jawline, augment the volume of her lower lip, and reduce fullness of the lower cheeks in the buccal region. Dr. Agarwal performed an external rhinoplasty, buccal fat pad reduction, liposuction along the jawline and under her chin, and insertion of a PermaTM facial implant into the lower lip. She has achieved a better nasal profile with lifting of the nasal tip, reduction of her dorsal hump, and improvement of her deficient columellar show. Overall, post-operatively her face has more of a contoured appearance due to buccal fat reduction, and her jawline and neck look more defined. She is very happy with her results.
