Procedure Description:
This is a 58-year-old woman who had disliked her nose since she was very young. She had irregular prominent nasal tip cartilages with a cleft in the middle of the tip, dorsal hump, and wide nostrils. She sought the opinion of rhinoplasty specialist, Dr. Anurag Agarwal. Dr. Agarwal performed an external rhinoplasty in which he lifted the nasal tip, used numerous cartilage grafts and suture techniques to give her a natural-appearing tip, refined the bridge, and reduced nostril width.
