This is a 22-year-old woman (identical twin) who noticed that her nose was crooked on the front view, and her nostril asymmetry bothered her. She always wanted a straighter, more feminine nose. By using cartilage grafts from her septum, he was able to straighten her nose, give her a smaller more refined, and feminine nose, and improve her nostril asymmetry.
