Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Naples, FL, patient 25216

This is a 39 year old African American gentleman who felt his nose was a "button nose", because it was short and too close to his face. He saw Naples rhinoplasty surgeon, Dr. Anurag Agarwal, for a consultation. Dr. Agarwal noted on his physical exam that it would be very difficult to expand his skin to accommodate a significant expansion of his nose. He performed an external rhinoplasty with homograft irradiated rib cartilage graft to increase the projection of the nasal tip (see base view), reduce the width of the nostrils, and build up the bridge to the maximum extent that the patient's skin would allow. The patient is shown before and 6 months after his rhinoplasty. Post-operatively, one can see how the nose is less wide, and projects forward more along the bridge and the tip. The patient is very happy with his improvement.
