This is a 68 year old woman who had a prior facelift procedure performed elsewhere and who saw Dr. Anurag Agarwal for an upper lip lift consultation. She was noticing that her upper lip was lengthening vertically, there was less dental show due to her longer upper lip covering her teeth, and less visibility of her red upper lip. She is shown before and 6 months after an in-office subnasal upper lip lift procedure, which was performed awake by Dr. Agarwal. Her upper lip lift incision at the base of the nose is well concealed, and you can see that the skin portion of her upper lip has been vertically shortened, and she has achieved more youthful upper lip vermilion show.
