This is a 42 year old woman who sought permanent upper lip augmentation and sought consultation with double board certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Anurag Agarwal. She had a long upper lip, with deficient red lip show. Dr. Agarwal performed a subnasal upper lip lift under local anesthesia in the office, in order to reduce the vertical height of the skin portion of her upper lip, and increase the vertical height of the red portion of her lip. Post-operatively, her lips look more proportioned, supple, and youthful.
