This is a 48-year-old gentleman who sustained a traumatic injury to his nose, resulting in the septum being displaced into the left nasal cavity, development of a prominent hump, drooping of the tip, and widening of his nose. He saw Naples rhinoplasty surgeon, Dr. Anurag Agarwal, who performed an external rhinoplasty to lift and refine the bridge and tip, as well as straighten his septum.
