This is an 18-year-old woman who had a very crooked nose due to a childhood injury. In addition to being crooked, she had poor tip definition and a prominent hump on her profile. She sought consultation with Dr. Anurag Agarwal, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and rhinoplasty expert. He performed a rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting from her septum and complex bone reconstruction to give her a symmetrical, defined, and feminine nose. Postop results are shown 10 months after her procedure and she is ecstatic with her rhinoplasty results!
