This is a 24-year-old woman who had 2 prior traumatic nasal injuries, resulting in a very crooked nose. Dr. Agarwal performed a complex rhinoplasty to straighten her nose, reduce her hump, give a more feminine profile and tip contour, and reduce the width of her nostrils. She is shown before and 1-year post-operatively and is thrilled with her new nose!
