This is a 22-year-old woman (identical twin) who always felt her nose was large for her face, especially on profile. Double board-certified rhinoplasty specialist, Dr. Anurag Agarwal, performed an external rhinoplasty on her to straighten her nose and give her a smaller, more feminine nose. She is shown before and 7 months post-operatively. The dorsum has been reduced and the tip brought closer to her face and refined. She is ecstatic to have her nose be in balance with her other facial features.
