54 year gentleman with significant hollowing under the eyes and excess scleral show, heavy cheeks and jowls and neck laxity, and a deficient chin. He underwent fat injections under the eyes and upper cheeks (notice the improvement of his lower eyelid position where you see less of the whites of his eyes below his iris), chin implant, Uplift lower face and neck lift, buccal fat pad excision, and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of the lower eyelids.
