Someone recently asked me, who I would recommend for Facial Plastic Surgery in Naples, Florida. Dr. Agarwal is the obvious choice. For starters, I noted his training. He graduated at the top of his class in Medical School, earning him membership in the prestigious academic honorary, AOA. Then, he was well trained in his facial plastic surgery specialty. He gives his patients a very through exam, then explains his recommendations, goals, and expectations in detail. By this time, one can tell, he is a perfectionist, which is a great asset in his specialty. After surgery, he follows his patients very closely. Sometimes this includes daily visits to monitor their progress.

I am also impressed with his staff at the Aesthetic Surgery Center, which is a reflection on the physician. They are always friendly and courteous. But more importantly, they are focused on their job. Not socializing or texting. Also, they anticipate the needs of the physician in the exam room, having whatever he may need at his fingertips.

I cannot imagine a better facial plastic surgery experience.

I’ve sat down a number of times to write this note but words never seemed enough to express my deep gratitude. While still inadequate and quite tardy, I felt the need to finally say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the absolutely fantastic job that you did on my forehead flap surgery. You are not only an amazing surgeon but an artist and magician! You took what I thought would be an impossible situation and you made it as perfect as I ever imagined it could be. Yesterday, I met a woman friend of a friend on the beach as I was coming in from swimming. As you might imagine, I had wet hair and was wearing no makeup. This woman guessed my age as 38. When I told her that I am 61, she said she had to believe me because I said so, but otherwise, would not, because she said that I looked younger than her 38 year old daughter.

Today marks two weeks since the stitches were removed and well past the time. I should have composed a note of profound thanks for your gifted touch, deep skill and compassion. I'm sorry its taken so long.

The location of the injury, the depth of it, not seeing anything until I arrived at your practice all combined for an increasingly traumatic day. It went way, way beyond superficial, and was, after all my face.

I was very unlucky for getting cancer, but fortunate beyond measure for being referred to you and your amazing staff. While she assisted you, Andrea's hand on my shoulder kept me cool and under control while you focused on your work. Please thank her for getting me through a heavy ordeal. You are surrounded by a team of engaged, deeply skilled and empathetic women. They get better all the time by hanging out with you everyday. Professionally, your staff are, in large measure, a reflection of you. How fortunate for them, and me. I got to meet many of them and they're all great.
