This is a 44 year old gentleman who had genetic life-long hooding of his upper eyelids, always worse on the right side. He is shown before and after Dr. Anurag Agarwal performed an awake upper eyelid blepharoplasty under local anesthesia in his office. He no longer has the severe hooding post-operatively and has symmetric eyelid creases, giving him a more refreshed appearance.
