This is a 45-year-old female who presented to the office with complaints of excess fat of the abdomen and back as well as excess skin of the abdomen and rectus diastasis. She was 5’ 2" tall and weighed 120 pounds. She desired a more youthful appearance and the figure that she had when she was younger. She was very healthy and had an active lifestyle. After an extensive consultation and consideration of her desires, Dr. Holmes suggested a staged procedure consisting of 360 lipo followed by an abdominoplasty with repair of rectus diastasis to achieve her goals.
