Procedure Description:

This is a 49 year old woman who felt that she looked aged and tired, and sought consultation with double board certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Anurag Agarwal. He performed an endoscopic forehead and brow lift with corrugator muscle release, UpliftTM lower face and neck lift, rhinoplasty, and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of her frown lines and lower eyelids. She is shown before and almost 8 months post-operatively. Dr. Agarwal feels that corrugator muscle release reduces frown function between the eyebrows by about 50%, as evidenced in this patient. She looks refreshed, less stern, and rejuvenated.
