Procedure Description:

This is a 75 year old woman who had 2 prior upper eyelid blepharoplasties and prior facelift surgery elsewhere more than 20 years ago. She had stern appearance due to deep frown lines and low set eyebrows, along with mild facial volume deficiency. She is shown before and 9 months after Dr. Anurag Agarwal performed an endoscopic forehead and brow lift with fat transfer to her frown lines between her eyebrows and to the cheeks. Her post-operative photos demonstrate a more refreshed appearance to her eye region without any eyelid surgery and she has more youthful fullness to her cheeks.
