This is a beautiful 26 year old woman who had genetically low eyebrows, not as a function of aging. It gave her a stern appearance due to the medial (inner eyebrows) being low. She is shown before and 6 months after Dr. Agarwal performed an endoscopic forehead and brow lift through 4 small hidden incisions behind her hairline. Post-operatively, she has a more refreshed appearance and doesn't look like she is frowning anymore. This type of brow adjustment will last for years, rather than trying to manage this with Botox injections.
