Procedure Description:
44 year old woman who had puffy lower eyelids, hollowing over the tear troughs and front of the cheeks, and skin wrinkling of the lower eyelids. She underwent a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty to remove excess fat, fat injection from the abdomen to under her eyes and the front of the cheeks, and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of the lower eyelids to tighten the skin. Note the smooth transition between her lower eyelids and upper cheeks compared to pre-operatively.
