Hairline Lowering/Forehead Reduction Before and After Photos in Naples, FL, patient 26368

This is a beautiful 35 year old woman with a history of 2 prior rhinoplasties who sought the expertise of double board certified facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Anurag Agarwal. Her frontal hairline was high, giving her the appearance of having a high forehead. She wanted to lower her hairline with a single stage procedure. She is shown before and 6 months after Dr. Agarwal performed a hairline lowering forehead reduction surgery (1.6cm vertical height reduction) along with revision rhinoplasty. Even with the hair pulled back, the hairline lowering scar is only visible as a fine white line, which is the main tradeoff with this procedure. However, one can see how the lowered hairline frames her face better and in a more feminine way.
