This is a 66 year old woman who presented to Dr. Anurag Agarwal for his recommendations for facial rejuvenation. Dr. Agarwal noted that she had asymmetry of her upper lip, where her right upper lip vermilion was lower than the left. She is shown before and 10 months after Dr. Agarwal performed a subnasal upper lip lift, transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, UpliftTM lower face and neck lift with platysmaplasty, and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of the lower eyelids. He was able to correct the upper lip asymmetry by excising more skin below the right nasal sill compared to the left. The resulting upper lip lift scar is negligible.
