Revision Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Naples, FL, patient 15334

This is a 70 year old woman who underwent rhinoplasty three years prior to seeking consultation with rhinoplasty specialist, Dr. Anurag Agarwal. She developed an indentation over the middle and upper portion of her nose. She also had very thick skin, making it difficult to see definition in her nose. Dr. Agarwal performed a complex revision rhinoplasty procedure using her own ear cartilage to build up the indented portions of her nose, thinned the skin as much as possible, and used tip grafts to give a better contour to her nose. Thick skin is a limitation for rhinoplasty patients but Dr. Agarwal was able to improve her nasal appearance significantly. She is very happy with her new nose.
