Revision Rhinoplasty Before and After Photos in Naples, FL, patient 19408

This is a 57 year old woman who had 3 prior endonasal (closed) rhinoplasties before seeing double board certified rhinoplasty specialist, Dr. Anurag Agarwal. She wanted her nose to be more refined and feminine, seeking a more lifted nasal tip, less of a hump, and reduction in overall nasal width. Dr. Agarwal performed an external revision rhinoplasty in which he lifted her nasal tip, reduced the height of her dorsum (bridge) to give a slight curvature, and narrowed her nostrils and nasal tip. All of these maneuvers resulted in the post-operative result that is depicted here, where she is shown more than 1.5 years post-op. You can see how overall her nose is smaller and more feminine. She also underwent an UpliftTM lower face and neck lift and left brow lift suspension to restore symmetry to her face.
