This is a 62 year old woman who originally underwent rhinoplasty 42 years ago. Since then, she noticed that the nose became progressively more crooked and the tip drooped down over time. Dr. Anurag Agarwal, a double board certified rhinoplasty specialist, performed an external revision rhinoplasty using her own septal cartilage grafts to lift the tip, improve the profile, correct the crookedness and improve tip projection and definition. She is shown before and 16 months post-operatively.
