This is a 61-year-old gentleman who had a nasal injury resulting in complex nasal fractures with external nasal lacerations with scarring. He underwent 2 prior rhinoplasty and septoplasty procedures. Unfortunately, his nose remained flat and wide, and he felt he had a "boxer's nose" deformity. He also could not breathe through his nose.
