This is a 66 year old woman who had undergone prior facelift surgery with eyelid blepharoplasties about 20 years prior to meeting Dr. Agarwal. Dr. Agarwal, a double board certified facial plastic surgeon, noted her primary issue to be lack of volume, along with settling along the jawline and neck. He performed fat transfer to the temples, cheeks and tear troughs, along with revision UpliftTM lower face and neck lift and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of her lower eyelids, frown lines, and upper lip lines.
