This is a 65 year old woman who saw Dr. Anurag Agarwal, a facial plastic surgeon in Naples, for a consultation for facial rejuvenation. She had prior facelift and eyelid surgery as well as failed thread lifts. After evaluating her, Dr. Agarwal performed an UpliftTM revision lower face and neck lift to refine her jawline and neck, fat transfer to the submalar cheek region to add volume to her cheeks, and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of the lower eyelids to treat her crepey lower eyelid skin.
