This is a 65 year old woman shown before and 4 years after Dr. Anurag Agarwal performed an UpliftTM lower face and neck lift with platysmaplasty, deep neck contouring and reduction of submandibular glands, fat transfer to tear troughs, infraorbital rims and cheeks, and lower eyelid fractional CO2 laser resurfacing. She's had no fillers since her surgery 4 years ago and has been pleased with her results. She is just starting to see some hollowing under her eyes, which is due to the average 3-4 year duration of fat transfer results. Her face, jawline and neck maintain excellent correction.
